La fin des quotas “raciaux”

C’était probable et attendu que la victoire d’Obama relance le débat de la discrimination positive aux Etats-Unis. Le Wall Street Journal ne se prive pas de le faire. Il nous dit qu’il est temps d’aller au-delà des « quota raciaux ».

But Mr. Obama’s own success and the success of initiatives banning racial discrimination are signs that America wants to move past the era of racial spoils or favoritism and toward a new era of color-blind opportunity for all.
